My niche is advising clients and solving their problems, working in the "grey area" between the business and the technologists.

Throughout my career I have delivered tangible results and enabled business growth across diverse industries and geographies. I have built and led high-performing international teams, managed complex data services and operations, and provided strategic consultancy to senior stakeholders.

My personal career highlight, to date, was overseeing the global data landscape for Pfizer, at the height of the Covid Pandemic, locked in my home, working with fantastic colleagues across the world to deliver data to the scientists and the business, as they worked to develop a vaccine.

I am passionate about fostering a culture of diversity and innovation in my teams, where different perspectives and ideas are valued and encouraged.
